Is there really no upfront cost?
Yes. We build your website completely free of charge. You only pay your monthly plan fee, which covers hosting, security, support and everything listed in your plan.
Can I leave and take the website with me?
Yes. After your initial 12-month term is complete, you can request a buyout — this transfers full ownership of the website to you, along with a separate transfer fee to cover migrating everything to your own hosting. 30 days' notice is required. If you wish to leave before your 12-month term ends, any remaining contract balance must be settled first, in addition to the buyout and transfer fees.
What happens if I want to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change plans at any time — just get in touch. If you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
Do you provide the domain name?
No, domain registration isn't included but we're happy to help you set one up — it typically costs £10-15/year depending on the domain.
What if I need more pages or features than my plan includes?
No problem — extra pages, features or one-off additions can be added for a small fee, or you can move up to a plan that includes more as standard.
How long does it take to build my website?
Every website is different, so timelines vary depending on the size of the plan and how quickly we receive the information, content, images and branding we need from you. We're happy to work to your timeline where possible — get in touch to discuss what's realistic for your project.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes — every website we build is fully mobile responsive, so it looks great and works properly on phones, tablets and desktops.
What happens if my website goes down or I have an issue?
All plans include uptime monitoring and support — response times depend on your plan, with priority support available on Business and Elite.
